Ultrasound Scan Services

X-ray Contrast Services
X-ray imaging utilizes ionization radiation at safe doses to generate pictures of internal organs towards making important diagnosis.
Our x-ray services include:
- Plain x-ray: Of all body parts namely: the skull, neck, spine, joints, chest, abdomen, thigh, legs, feet, arms, forearms and hands.
- Special x-ray: This uses contrast material administered either by mouth or through the veins to capture x-ray images of internal body organs. They include special investigations such as:

- Mammography
Mammography utilizes low dose x-rays to generate images of the breasts in search for abnormalities especially cancer at its early stage. Although mostly done for women, to screen for and diagnose breast cancer, it is also done occasionally for men with suspicious breast swellings to exclude possible breast cancer.
Interventional Radiological Services
We offer the following minimally-invasive interventional procedures for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes.
- Ultrasound-guided percutaneous and transabdominal fine needle aspiration of cysts and abscesses in cavities.
- Ultrasound-guided biopsy
- Ultrasound-guided removal of retained body catheters such as stuck foley’s catheter in the urinary bladder.
Cardiology Services
- Electrocardiography (ECG): This brief examination involves placing special gadgets over your heart area to obtain tracings of your heart’s electrical function. The images generated are reviewed by a Cardiologist before reports are issued.
- Echocardiography: Echocardiography simply means ultrasound scan of the chambers, valves, muscles and coverings of your heart and nearby structures. This examination is also conducted and reported by a Cardiologist.
